Aperture is a hole that can change in size to allow more or less light into the photo. The lower the f stop, the larger the opening in the camera lens which makes it so that the background shows up more blurry in the photos. The smaller the hole in the lens, the sharper each photo will come out because less light gets in at a time and creates a focused image that is not only focused on the foreground. Depth of field is the distance between the subject and the camera lens.
